Purchasing

Grading

  • Our qualified graders are capable of handling delicate Indian onion skins and grouping them into various sizes.
  • Our skilled graders sort products into various sizes and are qualified to handle delicate Indian onion skins.
  • Internal bulbs are examined and removed by the quality control staff.
  • The various sizes 30/40, 40/50, 50,70,60/80, and so forth are compiled in hardwood boxes and stored for later use in the packing process.

Packing

  • Assured accurate weighing and fast packaging of products into varied sizes and content bags.
  • Orders weighing more than 50 kg were physically packaged into jute bags.
  • Labels and barcodes are attached to bags in accordance with client requirements.

Inspection

  • The product is weighed on our on-site weighbridge, prior to sampling.
  • The product is unloaded following a proper assessment and sample acceptance.

Distribution

  • Administration and operations are carried out together. 
  • Refrigerated (Reefer) containers are used to preserve the shelf life of perishable goods.
  • Our staff takes care of the paperwork, customs, other necessary certificates, etc.
